Today, Fallon Welding & Ott's Farm Equipment is still a family-run business that currently has eighteen full-time employees and spans over three acres on Reno Highway in Fallon. David Ott is still the President of the business with his middle son, Kenny Ott, as General Manager and his youngest son, Delbert Ott, as Parts Manager.  The company still holds to the ideals and standards that have made FWF one of the top welding and fabrication vendors in Northern Nevada.
